Good.To.Be.Bad

.

Myth: There are no positive effects of caffeine.
Fact: Although caffeine increases alertness levels and attention span, many drinks containing caffeine have been found to contain antioxidants. Antioxidants appear to have health benefits especially in the heart area, and cancer prevention. It’s have also been suggested in recent reports that caffeine may help with treating allergic reactions as it is able to reduce the concentration of histamines which is the substance that causes the body to respond to an allergy causing substance. Caffeine has also shown to improve memory and rational reasoning.

Hah! Right back at ya mom!
Now I can have all the Coke and Starbucks I want!

Lol nah I'm just fucking around.
I'm never really a coffee fan to begin with.
Hmm, so now even caffeine is somehow good for health huh?
What's next? Cigarettes? (Grins)
I guess what they say is true afterall, that all bad things come with something good™.

Anyhow, though caffeine has this "advantage" to it, it doesn't mean that you can go on a coffee marathon a'ight. Nor should you drink 2 cans of Coke per meal. (yes Seemun I'm talking to you, don't do it)
All I'm tryin to say is, don't overdo things. "A lot" of anything is never a good thing.

So when someone tells you that you're doing something wrong, it doesn't mean that you have to stop doing it. The thing that you're doing has to be good in some way. Just don't do it too often and you're all good. *wink*
